Local brand, Reigning Champ, recently opened the doors to its second Vancouver location #onRobson earlier this year. Located at 1148 Robson Street, the store has gone through a complete transformation from its former HMV footprint to a clean, minimalist space. Award-winning Canadian architect, Peter Cardew, is the mastermind behind the space and described the store as “evok(ing) the ethos of the gym, a place of efficiency and activity. A place of clarity with no dark corners. A place of shared well-being, active participation and display.”
Established in 2007, Reigning Champ designs and manufactures premium athletic wear for men and more recently for women. The company specializes in the design and development of signature fabrics that focus attention on rugged construction and unrivaled comfort with a minimalist aesthetic.
